L’étudiant doit être capable de :

S’ouvrir à l’Europe, communiquer dans une langue étrangère : connaître les savoirs de base au guichet (renseignements à donner quant à l’ouverture d’un compte, la demande d’un crédit, faire patienter, prendre un message…)
